| 1992 | Slévárna Aš a.s. is acquired in the Czech Republic and mechanical processing begins in Krasna, Czech Republic. |
| 1998 | Purchase of a foundry in Steinach, Germany. |
| 2001 | Expansion of mechanical processing in Krásná, Czech Republic. |
| 2003 | Fusion of the two foundries in Bad Windsheim, Germany. |
| 2006 | Acquisition of Zetor Foundry, change of name to Slévárna Heunisch, Brno s.r.o. Czech Republic. |
